This couple adopts a cute kitten. When she turns over and reads tag, she’s overwhelmed

Jared’s girlfriend thought they were just adopting a cute kitten that day, and that they were just being filmed for the SPCA center, but her boyfriend had something else in store besides a brand-new kitten. A momentous surprise message was engraved on the feline’s tag.

When Jared Forsyth and his girlfriend, Kat Woodley, decided to adopt a very cute kitten called Gandalf, they went to the local SPCA to make it official. Little did she know the couple would be making something else official that day.

They had been dating for two years; they’d met on a blind date on Thanksgiving. Later, they decided they wanted to adopt an adorable kitten to become part of their lives.

Kat had located the kitten through Jared’s mom, who helped kittens find foster homes.

Unbeknownst to her, Jared had concocted a plan, and he’d arranged the details with the SPCA. They had a specially made cat tag done up with a very special message. Then the SPCA asked Kat if she would mind being part of a video they were filming when she came to take possession of the kitten; she agreed.

Kat held her new pet, Gandalf, while the cameraman filmed. Then, she was instructed to read the kitten’s tag, and the message was revealed at last:

“Will you marry me?” Emotions started flowing. And at that moment, Jared suddenly appeared on the scene, in a suit, and in traditional fashion, he went down on one knee and … well, the rest is history!

Needless to say, she said “Yes!”
